1. Service Scope

VMRental Cloud Mac provides cloud Mac rentals for the billing period you select. Each order includes one dedicated physical Mac mini node, not a virtual machine sharing compute resources with other users. The model, node, billing period, and add-ons shown in your order define the configuration for that rental.

The current lineup includes VMR Lab M4 (M4, 16 GB unified memory, 256 GB SSD) and VMR Lab Pro (M4 Pro, 64 GB unified memory, 2 TB SSD). Optional add-ons are +1 TB SSD, +2 TB SSD, and Thunderbolt 5 daisy-chaining, priced per device. Availability and fees are shown in your configuration before you place an order.

You can access the node through the macOS graphical interface and command line using the connection details provided with your order. Availability is shown in real time in the console. Keep connection details secure and share them only with authorized users.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

When registering, provide accurate account information where you can receive notifications, and ensure your orders and use comply with applicable laws. The account holder is responsible for reviewing orders, safeguarding login details and node credentials, and managing authorized users.

If credentials are exposed or you detect unauthorized access, change the affected credentials promptly and submit a support ticket through the console. Configuration changes, renewals, and node operations initiated through the account must be performed by the account holder or someone they have expressly authorized.

3. Billing & Payment

Rentals are prepaid by the day, week, month, or quarter. The model and add-ons are billed for the same period selected in your order. Before submitting, check the billing period, node, add-ons, and total due. Prices for each plan are listed on thePlanspage and in the order details shown at checkout; estimates do not replace the final order.

Payment is accepted only in USDT-TRC20 or by Visa, Mastercard, or Amex processed through Stripe. All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). Available payment gateways are shown in real time in the console. Stripe processes card details; VMRental does not store full card numbers.

To review a payment, check the order and invoice in the console. When submitting a support ticket, include your order number and relevant transaction details; do not send full card details.

4. Renewals, Expiry & Data

Your current rental period and renewal options are listed in your order history in the console. To keep using the same configuration, review and complete any applicable renewal before your rental period ends. An order is not considered renewed just because the node remains accessible.

If a grace period applies to your order, its duration and available actions are shown in the console. If no grace period is listed, do not assume the rental period will be extended automatically. When the rental period and any applicable grace period end, the node may be reclaimed, and user data on its disks will be securely erased.

Export any code, models, build artifacts, and other files you need to keep during your rental, and verify your backups before the node is reclaimed. Order and billing records are handled separately under the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the node for lawful development, builds, testing, inference, and content creation. You must not use it for cryptocurrency mining, bulk email, unauthorized scanning or attacks, or to store or distribute content that infringes others’ rights.

Any software installed or used on the node must comply with its applicable license terms. Apple software must also be used in accordance with its license terms. You are responsible for managing services you deploy, open ports, access controls, and data you process, and for applying security measures appropriate to your workload.

If we identify activity that may violate this section, we may review relevant order and runtime records and take necessary action based on the risk and applicable laws. The account holder can provide context or dispute the finding by submitting a support ticket through the console.

6. Service Availability & Issue Resolution

Nodes operate 365 days a year. If you experience a connection interruption or node failure, note your order number, when it occurred, connection method, and any reproducible error details, then submit a support ticket through the console. This helps us distinguish node faults from network path issues or problems caused by user actions.

If we verify an issue on our side, we will handle the related request based on the affected service period, order records, and applicable terms. Events caused by force majeure or user actions will be assessed according to their actual cause. Any outcome will be based on our investigation records and applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

VMRental Cloud Mac is responsible for providing the dedicated physical node and usable connection details specified in your order. You are responsible for your code, models, files, access controls, backups, and activities carried out through the node. Providing the node does not transfer ownership of these materials.

If a service dispute arises, both parties should use the order, billing, support ticket, and verifiable runtime records to establish the cause and actual impact. Claims for losses or compensation will be handled under applicable laws and the service terms for the relevant order; unverified estimates will not be treated as findings.

8. Governing Law, Disputes & Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based. The parties should first exchange order information and attempt to resolve disputes through a console support ticket or by emailing support@vmrental.com. If they cannot reach a resolution, the dispute will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.

If these terms change, we will publish the updated version and its effective date on the site. The order details remain the reference for the configuration and billing records of orders already placed. Please read the terms in effect before placing another order.
